Every Thursday morning the sleepy, yet dynamic,
members of Seattle General Toastmasters meet to improve their
speaking skills and watch the sun rise over Lake Union. This diverse club
of about 30 people includes experienced speakers and those just
starting out. On your first visit you may hear a speech about
the latest political fiasco, a eulogy for a dear friend,
or even a humorous speech about the trials and tribulations
of women’s underwear. You’ll laugh. You’ll
cry. And most important—you’ll learn.
